4 Subscriptions & Payments

Free and Paid Services

Billing

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
• You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

Cancellation & Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• Refunds are available within 30 days of initial purchase
• No refunds for partial months after the 30-day period

You agree not to:

• We do not guarantee specific cognitive improvement results
• Individual results may vary based on many factors
• We are not responsible for decisions made based on our content
• We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Genetic Invent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

8 Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services:

• For violations of these Terms of Service
• For fraudulent or illegal activity
• At our sole discretion with reasonable notice

Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
